Nickel and Dime

The room was okay - nothing special - except that the pillows were so thick I couldn't sleep on them. Not just the oversided decorator pillows, all of them.What was most annoying was that we were paying a premium rate for the hotel room and then got nickeled and dimed for every little thing. Internet $10 a night. Parking $7-9. Even the cheap hotels have free Internet now!

This hotel needs to be updated and the satff was very unresponsive. The staff at the starbucks coffee shop were very friendly and the highlight of the stay very noisy hotel from trains and other guets

The hotel only has double beds which is too small also if you don't mind train noise constantly and a non responsive hotel staff then you will be okay. The staff at the starbucks were the greatest. Several items in the room were not working and it took two days to get fixed no free wireless internet
