Mirage

Upon arrival we were told they did not have a standard smoking room available and were given a upgrade at no additional charge. The staff at the Mirage certainly know about customer service and our room maid was outstanding. It did not matter how late we slept she never rushed us leave the room. The food was ok but a bit pricey.

A Remodel that Works!

Modern remodel of an already great room. 42" flat screen TV, fab new mattress and sheets with soft pillows, Ihome clock radio, you just plug in your Ipod and that's your music, outlets for computer, Game console, phone, etc. Comfy bathrobes in the closet.
Also a redone spa that is lovely, though I miss the big hot tub they had before. Now 2 small hot (fits 4), and 2 small cool tubs. No crowd, so you felt it was your private spa.
Cons: one of the plugs didn't work, so I had to swap out things to use them. I didn't call to have it fixed. Wasn't there that long.
They replaced the make-up table and mirror outside the bathroom with a chest of drawers, now the magnifying mirror is in the bathroom, on the wall. It can be pulled closer to you and tilted. I thought the other way was more useful. Guess a man did the new design. On the whole, though, excellent!

Got one of the newly renovated rooms. Beautiful, 42" flat screen tv and everything. Tv didn't work in the first room, they acted promptly and moved us to a new room. We didnt'get a nice view but it wasn't a priority. Some of the bed linens were stained and the bathroom was uncomfortable. Yet room was cleaned and beds made every day, and bed linens changed upon request.

Nice but Not Great

Some years back Mirage was undoubtedly one of the top hotels on the strip - today is is nice but not great. It was obviously showing its age and they did a good job on the room make overs to bring the hotel more up to date. The beds are very comfortable but the bathrooms are extremely small. We also experienced a lot of noise in the hallway the first two nights of our stay. Mirage would not be my first choice but we would stay here again.

Surprisingly Nice

Have stayed at quite a few hotels on the strip in LV and this was as nice as any of them. Clean rooms, an exceptionally comfortable bed, plasma TV, and a very friendly and helpful staff.
