Adequate, fine for short stay

Stayed here twice on Starpoints. Right by Lehigh Valley International Airport. Airline crews stay there. Rooms do have some age on them, but the hotel was under renovation when I stayed. Otherwise, the staff was fine and friendly. The room was clean, but we skipped the restaurant for the Bethlehem Diner close by for breakfast. Hopefully, when renovations are complete this hotel will be a little nicer.

We Have Wonderful Memories

What a wonderful hotel to spend our family time together - parents, brothers & sisters and all of the kids. We couldn't have picked a nicer place than the 4 Points Allentown/Lehigh Valley. All the people who work there are so friendly and accommodating.

The building design is odd but great if you drive because no matter where your room is, you can park pretty close so it's easy to lug your stuff in and out.

Even though it's not really close to anything except the airport, the location works well because of the shuttles. They are free and the drivers we met were both friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Warning: it might be hard to get the kids out of the pool long enough to go anywhere!

They were very sweet and put all of our rooms close to each other. This made it easy to keep an eye on all of the children and for the grandparents to read stories. The rooms aren't fancy but they are comfortable. The bathroom in my room was so clean it looked brand new.

Loved the restaurant - the food was good and the service was excellent, even when the whole bunch of us descended on the dining room at the same time. Also there is a cute little club for the grownups with a DJ and a dance floor.

We have wonderful memories from that weekend. I will definitely stay here again if I am back in the Allentown, Bethlehem, or Dorneyville area.

Worst stay ever in 100 hotel visits in 2008

The website shows a great hotel, I am just not sure what hotel it is. The pictured lobby doesn't exist. The hotel lobby is gutted and you have to checkin at a sidedoor hallway. The restauarant shown is closed. The bar is closed. The business center is an old pc on a table in a hallway. The rooms are DIRTY with urine and mold stains in the bathroom. Forget the plasma screen TV they show the TV's are old 25 in hotel sets. The staff is clueless and unprofessional. If you love dogs this is a great hotel, because we had to listen to one bark all night long. It was almost as annoying as the commercial washers that started at 4:30 AM and shook the room. If you loved living in your college dorm this is the place for you, the rooms are just as small and have the same charm. They have no closets or towel racks in the rooms. You hang your clothes in a TV / Coffee Maker / wardrobe unit. The furniture is huge for such a small room. Which is good because it shows less of the stained carpet.

Worst hotel stay ever

I visted this hotel for a family wedding. There is no warning that the hotel is "remodeling." The restaurant is closed, the bar is closed and the lobby is competely gutted. So don't bother checking out the pictures on the website. The photo on their website shows a great room with a flat screen tv. The room I got had an old 25" hotel TV and we couldn't find a remote in the room. The rooms are the size of dorm room and furnished with tired looking furniture. Their are no closets in the rooms so everything goes into a TV stand/ coffee stand/ wardrobe /dresser unit. The oddest thing I found about the room was that their were no towel racks in the bath room. Which judging from the crud on the bathroom A/C vent and the stains from the leak in the room above probably is not a bad thing being the there was mold / mildew stain around the handrail in the bath tub. I alway thought better of Sheraton, but I guess when you have a lot of hotels there has to be a best one and one like this.
