Bathrooms too small, parking too expensive

Front desk was not friendly. The parking cost of $18.00 was way too high for a Sat. night. We thought it was $6.00. Also the football game was on the TV and they told us it didn't have a sound. We did enjoy having a late snack when we got back to the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised that they were still serving bar food.
The bathrooms were tiny.

All of the staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating! The hotel is very close to the MARTA station, which made it easy to get around Atlanta without renting a car, and the hotel has a shuttle service that will take you and pick you up within a three mile radius if you want to go shopping or to dinner in the local area. I would definitely stay here again!

Traveled to Atlanta for vacation. .the hotel staff was very courteous and very helpful. Restaurant and bar is very expensive along with $18 dollars a day for parking..location was great for us because the marta was close to go to the Braves game..the room was small and bed was uncomfortable despite the hype it got. .bathroom was ok but again small for the price. .would definately try a different hotel next time, so if not for the excellent and very polite staff this hotel would get a 2!

The staff at the Crown Plaza was very accommodating. The room however was in need of repair from the frayed lampshades to the dirty carpet, cracked sink, closet door that wouldn't close to the drain the the tub that wouldn't drain.
