Very noisy

Make sure ask for a room on the back of the hotel! The front rooms are all 6 feet from a highway! The noise is there 24 hours a day! It was the worst. I asked to be moved and was told they would see if they had a room available. I had to ask 3 times and then told them I was checking out before they moved me, but they finally did...I was told if I was a preferred guest I would have been put on the back to begin with! I was a paying guest, is that not preferred enough for you?

It is very noisy in the rooms that face the street. The people in the reception refused our request to move to a room in the other side, even though the hotel seems half empty.

Our room was large, elegantly appointed and clean. We enjoyed the crisp white bedding with down pillows and comforter. The rrefrigerator, microwave and extra room with nice view were all appreciated. Staff was especially helpful. The breakfast buffet, complimentary, was full and extensive. Bravp!
