Absolutely Horrible!

Smelled like smoke (was supposed to be non-smoking), the room was dirty - grimmy, the cable was out, the internet wasn't working. The outdoor pool is tiny. The only good thing was the beach.
Very Dirty, Poor Service, Hidden Fees

The room was EXTREMELY dirty and in disrepair. The staff was not helpful or knowledgeable. There was no continental breakfast included although one was advertised and they charged $25 a day for a beach chair even though it was supposed to be included with the room cost. The bottom of my feet were black after my shower from walking around on the carpet in the room! There are many places to stay along the beach down there and most of them looked nicer than this place. Now I know for next time. I would never stay here again.

Great location right on the beach. Nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Room was clean and well-appointed. Mini-fridge and microwave, two easy chairs, table. In-hotel restaurant was good, though a bit pricey. Be sure to put out your "do not disturb" sign before bedtime, as the maids come around very early to clean.

The front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful. No toiletries were in the room when we arrived. A call to report just resulted in instructions to come to the front desk and get them. The next day, they still did not leave any. Toilet paper was not even replenished. Lamps, etc. were not plugged in. When I reported all of this at checkout, I was chastised because I did not call sooner to get the complaints on the list. They still did not put them on the list.

When we arrived the room was clean nad tidy. We had no problems with the staff. They were very prompt and friendly. The premises was clean and the pool was clean.The pancake house was slow but the food was very good. Overall I would stay here again.
