Bad elevator with no fixes

Beautiful and Accomodating

They filmed the 2005 movie "Elizabethtown" here, I thought it looked familiar! Lobby and rooms are fancy and there's a lot to look at. Staff upgraded us to "club" floors even though we checked in at 3am.
