Great hotel for the money in Lenox Square area

Two adult women and one teenage daughter - and the Double Tree made us all happy! Most of all, the people were so very accomodating. We were concerned about security of course being three females traveling, but felt comfortable and secure in this environment. Furthermore, my teenage daughter used their business internet facilities at three o'clock in the morning and even I felt comfortable letting her do this.
Best of all for me because I hate driving in areas I don't know, was the shuttle service to the local shopping and dining areas. We utilized this service several times (all for no charge, except tipping, of course). We booked through a travel agent and everything was ready and waiting on us. We would definitely stay here again.
(Only complaint - don't order the Cheesecake with strawberries from room service - $14 and not good at all.) Otherwise, everything was great!
Great time!

Great stay! Staff nice & courteous. Room was quite comfortable and clean--a good deal for the price. We wanted a very nice place to stay without breaking the bank...it was a good match to that. The complimentary shuttle took us (8) out to eat, picked us up and got us to the corner MARTA just in time to ride downtown to Philips arena for the concert. Because of the closeness of MARTA, we were able to walk back to the hotel after. (Very convenient to stay in Buckhead & ride downtown.) Parking a bit pricey but was secure & hassle-free.

The rooms were very nice, neat and clean. It is a good commuter hotel as there is very little within the hotel itself (very small bar and restaurant). One of the elevators was broken, making travel to the room very slow. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay if you have other places to visit.

So very pleased with a great clean room and wonderful service in the restaurant and from the front desk clerks. Couldn't have asked for a better stay

I stayed here on a very chilly, rainy night - so miserable out that we decided to try the restaurant for dinner. Big Mistake!! Even if it's a blizzard, take your chances and go somehere, anywhere else to eat. Though our server was very nice, it seemed they hadn't actually served dinner there in years. Soup was cold (and terrible). Food also poor. Beer and wine selection terrible.
