Hi, I would like to start by telling yall a little about myself ,I love to travel all the time I have stay in the most expensive hotels all over the world ,and this hotel even thou it is only rated a three star it is great,the vaule and location of it is GREAT the staff could not be any better they always go out there way to make sure you are very pleased and the manager is very nice young lady that look like she was very young but could answer any question asked to her , she would never said she did not know, she would find the answer!Great People and Great hotel this hotel should be graded a 5star ,I know in book it is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I hope that if any of you go down to New Orleans PLease try this hotel I promise You will be happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a very nice place to stay for this trip and I do not mind coming back, It has a great location and everywhere u want to go you can walk. Then the best part is it has on-site parking..... I loved the staff they made me feel like I was home and even thou they kept a smile on there face they always kept professonal way ,they help you with anything you might need and if you have any problems they let management know and they take car of it right away!!!! I simply loved the place!

This hotel is very nice for the location and price . I love to go down to New Orleans for the events that go on down town and this is one of the few hotels down town that have on site parking. That is a hassle in that area. Also they are very friendly and always go out their way to make your stay a good one. I seen some of the poeples reveiws and just want you to know the hotel was not bad at all!!!!! I would recommend it to anyone and will be back !

I would recommend this hotel to anyone the staff was great but the manager was even better she went out of her way to make our stay a better one!!!!

The room wasn't quite as nice as I would have hoped. There were stains on the carpet and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. There were also holes in the wall where it appeared a plug or cable used to be, but it hadn't been covered up. Other than that the room was small, but had everything we needed, the hotel was quiet and in a good location, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and the included breakfast was good.
