My family and I stay at this hotel each year to attend a conference. We enjoy this hotel because of its location- lots of shopping and things to do! They have done some updating since we were here last. The room we stayed in looked brand new! The bed was better than the one we have at home. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. My kids love the breafast buffet!

Stayed for business. Four stars???? Should only be one. Ice machine had no ice-soda machine had no soda. Will never stay there again.

cob webs hanging from the ceiling. Food by the bed left from others. Walls very thin, lag bolts holding the plastic protectors for the corners (very dangerous) housekeepers were very disrepectful in hallways. Playing frisbee with the ice bucket lid in hallway. Doors to the room had about a 2" gap. Every chair in the room was down right nasty!!!

The furniture showed extreme wear, switch plates were dirty and the remodling job was poorly done. Will not stay there again

The hotel is tucked away on a street hard to get to. Rooms were smelly and were camoflauged by cinamon spray. Pretty nasty place... where did the 4 star rating come from? They need to drop 3 stars!
