Bad Experience

Stayed here in two rooms with another adult and our church (girls) youth group. She arrived early to check in, had to request the previously requested microwaves be put in the rooms, and that one of the bathrooms be cleaned as it was unacceptable. Late that night, I was informed that we would be charged extra upon check out. The night mgr claimed that anyone over age 12 was an adult and we would be charged for them as such. This was contradictory to what we were told when we made the reservation. He was very rude and kept rattling off more fees. The "breakfast" offered was next to nothing, and they were out of several of the few things offered. When we checked out, we were charged an additional $. Will never stay here again, and because of this particular hotel, will think twice before staying at any Days Inn in the future.
Breakfast: Much better.

I've been here before and I'm happy to see it has improve, the breakfast is much better than before. Now the Internet is fast.
The A/C and ceiling fan were noiseless.
Our check-in/out was faster and the staff very friendly as always.

Older hotel in a older commercial area. Not a place for families - great for out of town contractors.
clean but wear and tear is too much.

Hotel is clean but sheets and tower had too much wear and tear in my list.
I was uncomfortable the whole night because of wear and tear.
If you don't mind old sheets and old tower I guess it's ok but not for me.
Great for vacation

It is a great, cheap spot if your are interested in the Galleria mall. It was about a five minute drive and we were there. It also has an HEB down the street and some nice resturants around. It was well priced for me and my boyfriend to go on vacation and not be broke afterwards. It also had a tv with av connections, a microwave and the air conditioner worked very well. The staff was friendly I would certainly stay again.
