Stay here as a last resort

This place is the pitts!
I requested and paid for a suite, but since this was not handicap-accessable, I had to settle for a standard room, with no refund for the difference. Perhaps they've never heard of the ADA. My stay went downhill from there.
They promise "All rooms feature free high-speed Internet access", but our room did not. I could connect to their access point, but their access point was not connected to the internet. The front desk had no clue, therefore I had no internet.
The bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on a brick. Finally, the pet dander level was so high, ostensibly from a previous guest, that my wife woke up barely able to breathe. We had considered staying another night. We did, but not at this dump.
There is a Comfort Inn right next door - same price, much better place. Book there instead!!
Needs a remodel

We found this hotel in poor condition, hallways and stairs were dirty, blanket on bed I do not believe was clean and we came back the next night to a room that was never cleaned. We called down to the office for a wake up call the first night and no body ever answered. Very dissapointed and slightly uncomfortable! What can I say that is nice? o.k........nice breakfast.

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay in the hotel. It was a little hard to find this hotel because it was off the beaten path and could not see the sign from the interstate coming from the south. Room was large, nice, clean. Receptionist were freindly and helpful. Breakfast was great!. We will stay there again.

We stayed here one night on the way to Illinois for a Christmas gathering. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was pleasant, clean and in good condition, and the breakfast was very nice. The only problems we encountered were: a) the hallway near our room wasn't real clean (but we arrived at midnight), and b) the curtain in our room was partially unhooked from the curtain rod (we were able to easily fix it). We would stay here again.
