This hotel is not up to Hilton standards. The room was unimpressive, smelled funny and had sheets and comforters that looked well worn in, as if they hadnt been undated since the 1950s. The hotel had uniformed security because it is located in a bad area. Staff was slow and unhelpful. The hotel is not non-smoking and they also charge for the fitness area. It was so bad I left immediately, canceling a thre night stay and I went down the way to the Gran Hyatt, which was a million times better. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, under any circumstances.

Dont stay here manager in the front very rude and wouldnt listen. The temp in the room was never right it would read 65 degrees but it would be 71 degrees and they were very rude about it. the Rooms are very small they look much bigger on the pictures they have online, but your sink is almost right over the toilet. The room is mostly your bed and its not worth the money stay somewhere else. NOT GOOD HOTEL.

My friends (me +2) and I paid for a room with city views, more expensive, and upon arrival were told there was no way we could all fit in the room and they changed us to another room. This room was tiny also and barely gave us room to move and was supposedly bigger than the original room we had booked. Parking also cost us $45 on top of the almost $$ for one night

1st impression reception ain't smiling. Pricey for the small room. Did be better off staying at hotel near the fisherman's warf or pier 39.

Our sheets had a huge stain on them. As we were packing to leave, I handed my BF a pair of socks and he said Those aren't mine! Ewwww
