Our weekend stay at the Ofarrell St Hilton was storybook perfect. The hotel staff was gracious, friendly, thoughtful and fun. Even before we arrived they were working to make our celebration all that it could be. It was a wonderful experience. This was our first time staying at the Hilton, but it definitely will not be the last. I recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. I haven't been able to stop talking about our experience. This hotel has the perfect location for getting around San Francisco both for sightseeing and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was even larger than we expected.

This hotel was by far the nicest hotel I have ever been in--the first thing you see when you walk in is a beautiful lobby with several crystal chandaliers and the hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was incredible (the beds were so soft) and be sure to try the complimentary breakfast at least once--it is located on the top floor and the view is breathtaking! The only set back is that this hotel is located near a street that is not very pleasant (at night time), but other than that the hotel overall was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the Hotel...staff wonderful...breakfast buffet super...beds were as comfortable as home...only 2 complaints: pool was indicated to be inside heated. Fact was it was outside heated & in 50 something degrees was freezing. Also there was no tub in the room which I would have enjoyed after walking all over San Fran day after day.

My first trip to San Francisco and I was totally amazed with this city. The Hilton was a perfect hotel. We were within walking distance of the cable cars, restuarants, and stores. The first room we checked into was small so the Hilton graciously upgraded us to a larger room The inside of the hotel is very quiet and the beds are wonderful. Hotel employees were friendly and courteous.One complaint I have is the construction noise in the mornings. I will stay at the Hilton again.
