My friends (me +2) and I paid for a room with city views, more expensive, and upon arrival were told there was no way we could all fit in the room and they changed us to another room. This room was tiny also and barely gave us room to move and was supposedly bigger than the original room we had booked. Parking also cost us $45 on top of the almost $$ for one night

My first trip to San Francisco and I was totally amazed with this city. The Hilton was a perfect hotel. We were within walking distance of the cable cars, restuarants, and stores. The first room we checked into was small so the Hilton graciously upgraded us to a larger room The inside of the hotel is very quiet and the beds are wonderful. Hotel employees were friendly and courteous. One complaint I have is the construction noise in the mornings. I will stay at the Hilton again.

Comfortable, big, clean beds awaited after our "early out, late in" trips. Except for 2 wrinkles the first night which was quickly ironed out. We arrived 10pm, originally requested for non-smoking rooms which would only be available next day. After a 16hr flight, to be followed by a hectic schedule, we opted for smoking rooms. Requested extra beds before we went to dinner. Came back midnight, still no extra beds. Kids sleepy, we're tired and mad when we phoned front desk. They send the beds asap & waived the extra bed charge, which diffused our ill feelings of the hotel.

"good hotel. in the middle of SF. fast room service. you can walk to shops and cable car. don't park in the hotel, you have parking just in front for almost half the price per day (SF is an expensive place to have a car)"
