The hotel is centrally located close to shopping, dining, cable cars, BART, public transportation. It is large, but service was efficient. I arrived very early after a red-eye and was able to get a room before 6AM. Concierge was helpful with questions. Check out was easy

The O Farrell Street location of the Hilton is its best feature! We were close to restaurants, theatre, shopping, and tourist attractions. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. The hotel was very tourist friendly! Our room was comfortable and pleasant. We had a great experience with the Hilton and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the San Francisco area.

I've rated this hotel a 5 for the Hilton staff. Everyone smiles and are so helpful - they obviously like their jobs.The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. I've stayed here several times and will continue to do so again.

The SF Hilton is glamor and convenience. Downtown shopping is only two blocks away and public transportation will take you anywhere else. China Town and the Financial District are also within easy walking distance. The Hilton is safe, comfortable, glamorous, convenient, and helpful. The bathrooms are to die for, and the sheets are the softest I have ever slept on. Excellent!

Hotel is in the middle of the shopping district and only a block from the cable car. It has convenient casual cafes and 3 good restaurents. Guards near every door make you feel safe and the spa and pool and maid and concierge service make you feel pampered. It is just what you expect when you book a Hilton Hotel. It has wonderful views.
