Room was clean wth a great view. We had a great time watching the Dark Knight in Imax! Close to shopping, and lots of food. The beds were soft, and did not get alot of city noise at night. Would stay there again.

Grate hotel in very good location

Dont stay here manager in the front very rude and wouldnt listen. The temp in the room was never right it would read 65 degrees but it would be 71 degrees and they were very rude about it. the Rooms are very small they look much bigger on the pictures they have online, but your sink is almost right over the toilet. The room is mostly your bed and its not worth the money stay somewhere else. NOT GOOD HOTEL.

Our weekend stay at the Ofarrell St Hilton was storybook perfect. The hotel staff was gracious, friendly, thoughtful and fun. Even before we arrived they were working to make our celebration all that it could be. It was a wonderful experience. This was our first time staying at the Hilton, but it definitely will not be the last. I recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. I haven't been able to stop talking about our experience. We only stayed one night at the Hilton. The hotel is beautiful and staff was very helpful. There is plenty of security around to make you feel safe, and the doormen usually open the door for you (unless they are busy). The room was very clean and the towels were nice. The bed could have been more confortable (it was a bit hard) and the air conditioner has a sensor built in so it will not come on if no one is in the room. (good for energy savings, bad if you like it cool in the room) When we got back from the Giants game, it was about 75 degrees in the room. It took quite a long time to cool down. I would stay here again. It is centrally located near shopping and all of the public transportation. (BART, MUNI, F-Line, Cable Cars, F-Line Street Cars, Busses)
