We stayed here two nights for a convention. Catered food was tasteless. Rooms were nice but noise from the atrium carries up. Staff were helpful. Nice snack bar in lobby with good pizza. Housekeeping didn't do a very good job at all - clean on arrival but next day was VERY minimal. Nice pool and hot tub. Friendly bar staff.
Roomless in the city

I made reservations over a month in advance for a two night stay. My wife and son and I drove 537miles to get here and drove around in the parking lot for 15 minutes and never found a place to park. I finally parked out front went inside to get our reserved room. The front desk had our reservations but no room. My wife and son waited out in a hot car for 45 minutes. Finally, got another room but not what we reserved but we were still charged the same amount.
OK hotel

This hotel is ok. Nothing real impressive. Smoking in the lobby is tacky and outdated, which is my main reason for never coming back. Rooms could be in better condition. No real control over temperature in rooms. Elevators need improvement - slow and occasionally just stop working. Also, we tried using the stairs, but had to have an employee key to access? how does this work during a fire? Pool/hot tub area small for a hotel with 200 and some rooms. breakfast is ok, don't try the scrambled eggs though.

"But, stay away from the resturant if you can.Very clean, well ordered and staffed. My 6yo daughter and we loved the pool.Very quiet and well maintained and a good price."
