Rooms and lobby are beautifull. The staff was excepitional. A bit on the pricy side but worth every dime. Would recomend for a first class experience.

It was clean. Staff was very friendly and willing to help us. Gave good directions to tourist locations

Find a defferent place for your Wedding.

The hotel was fine. The problem was with the convention staff. I was a groomsman in a wedding hosted there recently. I was shocked at the price gouging and general treatment of the wedding couple and guests. I have been in other weddings at different hotels and they go out of their way to make it a special day, especially for the couple. Not here, we seemed a burden from the start. The management acted bothered and confrontational when a complaint was mentioned. The hotel I would recommend, planning an event using their convention facilities, not a chance.
