Remodel was an unpleasant surprise...

Arrived to find hotel under massive renovation...but still forced to pay top dollar for room rate. All the old Holidome amenities and fun stuff for kids are gone. Pool was in decent shape, but we were expecting something much better than this. Toilet did not work properly in bathroom. We were advised by front desk staff that it would be attended to and it never was. Room was small, dark and too well-traveled. Could hear everything going on in room next door. This is a convention and banquet facility and you must wander long lengths of many corridors to get from your room to other hotel amenities, including the lobby. It may be better after the renovation (building a super-duper indoor water park, etc), but I would not bring my family here again. Felt like we'd been had.

This place was in bad shape. The only good thing about it was that the bed was clean and comfortable. They have a note in the room about their upcoming multi-million dollar renovation. Wait until they have it done before you even consider staying here.

Pool & kids play area was great for our 2 yr old. We ordered room service from the restaurant at the hotel and it was excellent! Service was great also

The rooms needed to be updated and they had a slight musty smell. The Pool was great. My daughter loved it. The customer service was great also. Overall the motel was average.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was near our family. The children enjoyed the pool. They did not have a complimentary breakfast.
