Simple, clean and inexpensive

As advertised, the hotel looked recently remodeled. Everything was clean and well maintained, with the only exception being that the towels seemed rather old and worn (well-laundered, though).
It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in a room this inexpensive. The lack of an alarm clock was more in line with the price point! :)
Noise from other rooms was almost nonexistent (cinderblock walls halped).
Forget the continental breakfast - make use of the microwave instead. A danish and coffee is about it.
I would definitely stay here again - it's an excellent value, as long as amenities like WiFi, a real breakfast, pool. etc. are not required.

The couch in the room was lovely. It was nice to have someplace to sit other than on the bed. We were able to relax. The room was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again. Thank you.

The contenential breakfast consisted of weak coffee, donuts and apples. No papers, left much to be desired. Clean room and for the price, OK.

The budget inn is a good motel..The rooms are clean and soundproof..This is great because you don't hear doors slamming and people coming in and out..The breakfast are nothing..Bring your own breakfast food..But other than that I would recommend this to anyone
