The hotel was great. We had a room that they heat did not work and they came right out and looked at the heater. They moved us to another room. Staff was great.

I was very happy with this hotel and my overall experience. The staff was very nice and helpful, I reserved a regular room and I was complimentary upgraded without asking to a jacuzzi room! The room was very nice it had a nice tv that we could watch from sitting in the large hot tub that was located in the room and not in the bathroom. I will stay here again and would recommend anyone who wants a nice place to stay to check it out.

enjoyed my stay very much, the hotel was very clean, staff was nice, breakfast was yummy, pool was open late, and the high speed inter net was great, will defintaly be back!

staff helped with everything we needed. rooms were cleanand was great location for any thing plus 2 side roads and you missed all cedar points traffic

This was a reasonably priced hotel compared to the others. It was clean throughout with very friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast that included muffins, fruit, cereal, homemade waffles with strawberry or blueberry fruit topping fresh whipped cream and your choice of juice or coffee. The lobby, rooms and halls are very plain, but for a place to sleep after a long day at Cedar Point it was perfect.
