Bad experience

We stayed here while going to Cedar Point. First room we received the beds were made but had not been changed, carpet was wet and sticky, bathroom was dirty. We told management and they let us view 2 other rooms and pick the best. We picked the best but its shower drain did not work. After returning late in the day we found our room door was ajar from the maid being there earlier and no towels!

The staff were great! This hotel has a great breakfast. Clean rooms, looks like new carpet throughout.

Rooms were very clean. Advertised a fitness room but do not have one. Missing many small amenities other hotels have, i.e. newspaper, refrigerator. Front staff helpful but need additional training in service. Would look elsewhere before reserving again.

Friendly and courteous employees. Very clean and neat room. Free parking. Great location for all Sandusky locations. We drove short distance to Jet Express and parked free to take cruise ship to Put-In-Bay. Excellent vacation! Very nice complimentary breakfast. Would stay here again, for sure!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and roomy, they must have just cleaned the carpet b/c it was a little damp, but it dried within an hour or so. The breakfast was not bad, homemade waffles were fresh and tasted good. We will definetly stay again!
