Great hotel in a great location!

I travel to Atlanta several times a year to visit friends and always stay at the Grand Hyatt. It is in an excellent location (easy access to shopping and the interstate). The hotel is beautiful to the eye and appears to be well-maintained. The rooms have always been spotless, and the beds are very comfortable. The only "negatives" I can come up with are the distance to parking (the deck is across the side street and down a small hill) and the fact that they charge for internet access. At a hotel of this quality, internet access should be complimentary.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. They are extremely pet friendly, which I love! My yorkie and I were welcome and felt no issues from anyone. The rooms are very comfortable with gorgeous bathrooms. Plenty of space all around. Staff was very accomodating and fixed an error on my bill with speed and no conflict. Great location - close to the best malls in Atlanta and great restaurants. Close to Peachtree, Piedmont, and 400 so getting around town was a breeze.
Things I didn't like - no microwave in the room and no availability to borrow one. Parking at $30 is high for Atlanta. Needs to be factored into the cost of the stay.

I stayed at this hotel over Christmans Holiday. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel is centrally located with a courtesy car that will take you to the malls and local restaurants. A great value for the price

I had a great time from the moment I got to the front drive. The concierge service is great and really helpful with suggestions.

I had a great dinner in the restaurant and the bed is to die for!! Will be back soon.
