Don't expect fast friendly service here.

The service at check-in and check-out is not very friendly. While checking in the woman did not even say hello or smile and at while checking out the woman was almost accusing me of lying when a charge showed up on my bill for a restaurant in the resort. I did not even eat any place in the resort. I was told I would have to fill out a form which took her almost 5 min to get so they could investigate the change. Then told to check my credit card to see if the hotel charges for me for the amount which would supposedly happen if the hotel felt I did make the charge. Now what kind of service is this? Overall, the hotel room was nice but not cleaned properly compared to the Encore and Planet Hollywood I have stayed at before. However, if you are looking for a place to sleep but not not run down this would suffice. What I did like is security would make sure you had a room key at night before letting you enter the elevator area(s). Fashion Show Mall is right next door which has a 1/2 price ticket place (got tickets to Cher and Peep Show at a great price). Forum shops are very near which contains a BofA ATM.

The hotel was fabulous! The room was spacious and kept very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and a joy to sleep in. The view we had was of the strip and the pool area as well as the mountains. Check in and out was a breeze as the staff was very curtious and efficient. The food was quite good at the Coffee Shop. The hotel was right in the heart of the strip and the "Deuce" bus line was great to use.

Everything was great!

This was my first time in Vegas. I'm really glad I got to stay at TI, everything was great! I booked a regular room, but they gave me a strip view and I could watch the Sirens of TI from my room! The hotel is in a great spot, right next to shopping and all the hotels. The casino was really nice, but I didn't see a whole lot of people winning. The Sirens of TI show was pretty neat to watch once, but it does get super crowded outside. I'd love to stay at TI again on my next trip! :-)

What a great hotel!!

The hotel is right in the middle of all the action on the strip! The room we were given was beautiful. King size bed....very, very comfortable...the decor was hip and modern. An A+ on the overall room. Would stay there again!!!!!

Employees at the check in desk were brief and dismissing. The noise level was very high. The pool hours were too short. The pool itself was too small and extremely overcrowded. The room was not cleaned well--despite generously tipping the cleaning staff. I would not recommend the resort.
