Great Experience

It was our first time to Vegas and not really knowing much about the hotels...we picked Treasure Island. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable! The staff was great and the casino has everything you need for a good gambling experience. Great places to eat and drink as well. Treasure Island is located by the Mirage and Caeser's Palace so there is great shopping especially with Fashion Show Mall on the other side. The location is pretty good...you'll be walking a lot no matter where you stay on The Strip. Overall, we had a great exerpeince with Treasure Island.

Hotel service - disappointing.

The hotel room was nice, comfortable. However the service was okay. Customer service at front desk was.. indifferent. The clerk was neither rude nor was she friendly. She swiftly checked us in with a robotic "thank you" at the end. On the second day of our stay, housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am - this is Vegas..Housekeeping didn't even bother replacing basic bathroom necessities - body soap, shampoo, toilet paper.. (we stayed 3 days total). Living in LA, we travel to Vegas at least 2 times a year and I really expected this trip to be different, considering the slump in visitors during this tough economic climate. Hotel service - a bit disappointing.

The TI is mostly a wonderful hotel. For some reason that was not explained, TI did not have the room that we booked when we checked in so we was down graded. Other than that we mostly had a good time. We ate at the buffet and the cafe and both was good, if a trifle expensive. We did not see the shows or go to the pool area, too busy doing other stuff.

We enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again ,,,,The food was excellent
Staff & service were friendly, helpful and professional .....Will recommend Treasure Island to others
