I enjoyed my stay at TI.Although there was a miscommunication with the maid service due to language barriers the experience was quite pleasant and staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of bathroom space.Would definetly stay there again.

staff helpful & polite. rooms pleasant, clean & quiet, bed very comfortable. Pool area very pleasant, wished I spent more time there. Pool depth only 3.5-4ft. No coffee maker. No noticeable drinking fountains along the strip (bought bottled water) but strip beautiful & creative and awesome.

Great Hotel

Hotel was great - we arrived around 11:00a.m. - no line for check in, told registration celebrating aniversary and they gave us a free bottle of champagne. Rooms were small but beds were very comfortable!!!!! Pool was very nice and enjoyed having a waitress bring my drinks and meal poolside. Negative reviews are probably just from stuffy, rich people that are used to 5 star hotels with no ambiance. I toured the Wynn, Palazzo and the Venetian and felt very uncomfortable since I was not a millionaire but Treasure Island made me feel very comfortbale. Liked the $5.00 blackjack unlike $15.00 minimums at other hotels. Sirens of TI was nice but go to the show early and sit at the outside bar - was very nice. Thanks to the security too - we left a wake up call for 9:00a.m. and awoke sonner so we went and had breakfast- upon our return at 9:20a.m.security knocked on our door since we did not answer the call. Just wanted to make sure we were okay. Nice touch - felt very safe.

Not if I had to do it again.

The staff looks down on you if you don't book through them directly, it made me feel cheap. They could use some adjustments in the manners department. Don't use cash/ATM cards, again, that cheap feeling.

not worth the price

Computer system went down the day of check-in and we waited in a line for 1 hour to check in. Once we reached the desk, no apology was offered, no comps were given, and the staff member we talked with was extremely rude. Also, the deal we booked online was not honored. It was to include a free gym pass and a starbucks gift card. We received neither. Very sad experience!
