My experience in this hotel was wonderful
My wife and 2 kids had a fenomenal experience, rooms are big, clean and comfortable.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
One thing that to me was misleading is that I thought that the hotel provided continental breakfast, but the fact is that there is a restaurant at the corner of the hotel where you can go and enjoy a great breakfast at your cost.
Over all a wonderful experience and beautiful view of the lake.
OVERPRICED

We stayed three nights in August and we were somewhat disappointed since this is called a "boutique" hotel. The room was OK; not as nice as some Best Westerns we have stayed at.
The light fixture for the room looked like it belonged in a jail cell; weird. The TV was small and you could not adjust the volume, even without the remote. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they said that's the way the system is. The hallways looked like they had suffered through a hard winter. Overall, I feel it was overpriced, plus they require a deposit equal to one night's lodging month's before your arrival.

We got a 2nd floor single queen room with a view overlooking the pool/spa and a view of the lake across the street. Room was clean and well kept. Only minutes away from shops and casinos. Very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When trying to print my boarding pass on the computer in the office, the printer jammed. The person on duty was very prompt in correcting the problem so that I could be on my way. The continental breakfast was OK, but not upscale. The key-operated lock on the back door was inoperative, leaving the premises vulnerable to outsiders without a key. Overall, a good value and we would stay there again on our next visit to Tahoe.
