Our group of 7 college friends of 40 years met to "celebrate" our birthdays. The staff was FABULOUS (friendly/helpful/caring), accommodations fit our needs, location convenient. We highly recommend!

Came here with wife and teen daughter for long weekend. Lots of families on vacation staying here. Very close to El stop, shopping, restaurants. HUGE room with full kitchen and separate living room. Will not consider any other Chicago Hotel. What a town, what a hotel!

Lots of good things about this hotel - clean, good location, employees were courteous and helpful (couldn't have been nicer). A little pricey but that's to be expected downtown. All the comforts of home in the room. Great proximity to the EL.

I carefully researched hotels before booking a school choir here. The arts and crafts decorated suites were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff was outstandingly helpful, especially Elisabeth, the group sales manager. The location was excellent, near EL stop and Navy Pier trolley and within walking distance of Magnificent Mile and theater. Everything was wonderful.

My travel companion and I have been to numerous first class hotels around the world and found the Hamptons sits right next to them. The hotel is clean, comfortable and secure. The location was excellent. We left the car securely parked by the valet and toured the city on foot or subway during our whole stay. The red line (a block away) took us right to Wrigley's front door. I would definitely stay again.
