Noisy but Fair Price

The motel was clean and nicely decorted. For the most part the staff was nice and friendly. The was one bellman that was a tad rude, but otherwise everyone was good. Housekeeping even promptly brought extra towels. Pool area was good with a nice outside patio. Breakfast included items ranging from muffins to fresh fruit and sausage and eggs. Be prepared for a wait however.
The location was just okay. Not on the prettiest street and right next to a fire tation. Plan ahead and bring ear plugs because you will hear the sirens ALL night long. That was honestly the worst thing about the stay.
On a good note, the beds were the most comfortable I have slept in since I don't know when. The soft kind you sink into...loved them.

Hotel was fine, except for the noise. The hotel is adjacent to a very busy firehouse, although the hotel does provide complimentary foam earplugs. Note that the ear plugs were not very effective. Additionally, guests were constantly slamming their doors and children ( teenagers were constantly running in the hall). I will not stay at that hotel again.

We would certainly would stay there again. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Their breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. The staff in the hotel are very attentive to all calls made. And the excellent location, just a block away from the subway and bus, is a great plus, especially in the rain as we had. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, walking distance to magnificent mile and navy pier. Great breakfast, very clean, and very nice staff. Resonable valet parking prices. Will stay again!

We were very pleased with our hotel. It was a reasonable price yet close to many attractions by foot or free trolly. The bell man was excellent, he helped us with directions, suggestions for tourist attractions and transportation. He was very helpful and friendly. I've traveled a lot and he was amonst the top. The breakfasts were very good, clean and filling (not just tea and donuts) so we were able to "fill up" skip lunch and have a nice dinner out on the town!!! Our room was clean and comfortable, the gym was small but not crowded and it was nice to have free access to the computer room when needed. I would definately book again.
