Avoid!

Careless and rednecky staff, dirty silverware, scorched cooking pans, inexistent housekeeping service, fitted sheets are too small, carpet is dirty, elevator smells, beds feel more like double than queen. Continental breakfast consists of coffee, bagels and rotten apples.
The only good point is the great location, close to Briarwood Mall, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, I-94/US-23.
Not so pleased.

We got a "non-smoking" room that had been smoked in a lot. (Room 313). We complained and were offered an air freshener. The sheet was too small and didn't stay on the bed. We were able however to avoid the toothpaste stains on the couch, but the only treadmill in the exercise room was broken and unable to be fixed. The apples offered for fruit at the very limited continental breakfast were most likely last year's. Clearly not 3 star service.
