Good Value

I have had extended stays of two or more weeks @ this hotel while working in San Francisco. I have found the rooms to be clean, the service above average, and the amenities just fine. I appreciate the free parking, daily shuttle back and forth to SFO Bart station, free wireless internet, and the general helpfulness of the staff. The only complaint I can make is that rooms close to the 101 are a bit noisy. I would highly recommend this for a family on a budget for easy access to San Francisco, or for someone (like me) who works for extended periods and needs an inexpensive place to stay. My wife, and children have visited me while I was staying here and they were happy with the accommodations as well.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very large and very clean. The
bathroom was also larger then most. It was nothing fancy but it met our needs. We were
mainly only there to sleep and it was very reasonably priced and convenient to everything
we did in San Francisco. The I-Hop restaurant next door was very clean, staff was very
friendly and the food was delicious. We spent three nights there and we were very pleased.
We are a middle-aged married couple from Madison, IN and would recommend this Hotel to
friends & family.

The place is certainly not fancy, but functional. I have found it consistently to have the lowest price in the area, and I find it to be good value for a property near the airport. I have never had problems with noise, and I find the beds to be comfortable. The walk from the front desk to the room can be a long one - the hotel is actually a group of many (6 or 8?) individual buildings, and it can be confusing to find the room. The wifi, while free, is kind of hit or miss for me. If I am just passing through SFO and I need a place to sleep for a night that is near the airport, this is always my first choice. Nothing tremendous, but for the price I find myself being a repeat customer.
Cheap is cheap.

Rooms are horrible. Bed sheets had holes. Shower floor was disgustingly filthy - broken tiles and mildew. The security bolt had been ripped out and very poorly put back. A few extra dollars elsewhere is money well spent. The whole place was very shabby and old.
Not what we expected

We were told that they renovated and added new pillowtop beds. No, did not. They also do not use fitted sheets for the mattress so you wake up on bare mattress...GROSS. We will not stay here again.
