id like to say i was very impressed with the way i was greeted being in sales i really appreciate great service and hospitality and it was terrific. my wife and i never been to san diego b4 and it was our 1st time. i wish that the world treated people the way we were treated. ive been married since 2007 and im anxiously waiting to return i wish i could stay in the same room we shared in 2007 but its ok i will enjoy it all the same. we now have a 16 month old daughter and wed love to share the experience with her. GREAT JOB.

Not as good as I was expecting.. I've been in lots of different Hotels. Grant is good and clean, but very expensive for not much space inside the room, and no open windows.

be prepared to be charged for everything! Only parking is valet for $30/night. There is no coffee in the room but you can order it for $9 for a pot plus 22% gratuity plus a $3.50 room service charge. That's one expensive pot no matter who you are! This is the type of hotel to go to if you want to pamper yourself--whether you use the spa facilities or not, or for a surprise, romantic get-away, or if you are just plain "worth it". The beds are very comfortable; the rooms, luxurious; and the staff, friendly. It's in downtown San Diego with a lot to do locally.

I put my parents into this hotel and they loved it. It was the most amazing place they have ever stayed, according to them it was awesome. The other thing I like about it was that it is right in the middle of downtown San Diego so it was easy for them and me.
Great hotel and worth every penny!

The hotel service was EXCELLENT! The valet was quick and provided great service. The hotel was modern and the breakfast was good. We especially liked the service of the front desk staff and the fact that they offered 24 hour room service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and booking it on travel online. Travel online had the best rate and was significantly lower than any other website.
