Try to find another hotel

Hotel was easily accessible from highway I-290 and it was easy to get into Chicago downtown but I would try to find another hotel if possible. Pool was not clean, there were no towels provided so room towels were always wet. The resturant is awful! Service was horribly slow, meals were usually wrong and the food is really bland. It took 4 phone calls to try to reach room service and finally was told someone would call back. We were gathering up to head out, when, 20 minutes later, we got a call. The food come when promised (20 minutes later) but was not what we ordered. Beds were comfortable and maid service was excellent. We aked several questions of front desk, including where to find a family resturant, and no one seem to know what was going on. It wasn't necessarily a BAD experience, but not GOOD either.
