Do not be fooled by the pictures!!! This place is gross and not worth the price. I don't think I could have picked a worse hotel in Detroit.

the hotel seems to have undergone renovation, and I thought it looked really good. they gave me a new room and it was great. everyone was friendly

This hotel going thru renovation so excuse a lot, like construction filth in halls, carpet looked like it was used on city sidewalks etc. But the room should not have even been rented, was obvious that it was next on theremodel list .The worst thing when we unmade the bed, it was obvious that it had not been changed, very obvious!, so I got clean (?) sheets from office and remade bed. The room in general poor. The "continental" breakfast consisted of a basket of donuts, couple containers of stail cereal, a gallon of milk sitting out for all to use. Nice!!! (not)

The heater is very loud. The room is not that clean...Needs to be improved.

We go to Detroit every year for the Detroit Hoedown and have stayed at almost every motel downtown. This motel for the entire weekend is the same price as staying one night at one of the other downtown motels. It isn't as nice as the others, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend this motel if you are just wanting a place to sleep and shower, if want leisure, view and more then stay somewhere else.
