Location, location, location

My adult daughters and I stayed and thoroughly enjoyed the location next to the Plaza. The rooms were very nice and the staff, especially the bell staff , were exceptional. The rooms have been updated and were large and satisfactory. There were cookies and coffee free in the lobby each evening on our return.

I was unsure about the Raphael hotel but decided to try it and I was very glad. Very nice hotel. Several locals said it was the 2nd best in the city and I could see why. The rooms were not huge but had a king bed with great linens and lots of pillows. The bath was a little dated but that was part of the charm. It was in a great location just right off the plaza so restaurants and shopping were close. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay there again! I don't write reviews but I felt strongly enough about this place to post one to encourage others.

Staff was extremely friendly!! The hotel is somewhat dated but it appeared there were rennovations in progres. Very charming and fantastic location.

I rated everying as the highest, which factors in the cost. Sure, there are fancier for twice the money. The staff was friendly, helpful, a smile at all times. Room, very clean, foor, great breakfasts, location, movies, stores, great eating with a block! Free parking, was just right. Clean! Just right, not to be improved!
