Quote: We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. A couple joined us. We really liked the off street parking. The restaurant made great chocolate martinis. We found our room to be clean and well decorated. If we return to Kansas City we will definitely... Read the full The Raphael Hotel, Autograph Collection review

Great girls' weekend destination

Quote: Got a great deal to stay here in October. The room was odd shaped but fantastic. Great attention to detail while keeping historic charm. The room had everything we needed: bed, sofa with sleeper, desk, mini fridge. The bathroom was updated and very... Read the full The Raphael Hotel, Autograph Collection review

Quaint hotel in the country club plaza

  • 5 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • April 12, 2011
Quote: Had heard about this hotel but was reluctant to stay there with some many other hotels on the plaza. Was very pleasantly surprized at the quality of the rooms, the free valet service, very comfortable beds. Only complaint is we were on the 1st floor... The BEST breakfast!

  • April 12, 2011
Quote: For the price, we obviously expected it to be a nice place to stay. We were not disappointed one bit. However, make sure you purchase the "Bed & Breakfast" package to have a memorable breakfast experience (expensive if purchased separately). Very... My favorite place to stay in Kansas City.

Sometime in the past 5 years or so, they did a complete remodel and it is back to it's former glory. Both... Read the full The Raphael Hotel, Autograph Collection review

Quote: Selected this one as a "Top Secret" offer in the area where I needed to be, so other than the star rating I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at this charming 'boutique' hotel at the edge of the Country Club area, within easy... Read the full The Raphael Hotel, Autograph Collection review

King room was a little small, but comfortable. Updated amenities, ie: HD TV, computer port, etc. Excellent location.

Quote: When we arrived, It was raining in sheets, and I was soaked when I entered the hotel. It was 5pm, and we were told our room still wasn't ready. The front desk was very apologetic, and sent us down to their bar/restaurant for a free drink, and then... Read the full The Raphael Hotel, Autograph Collection review
