Filthy Rooms

I wasn't going to rate this hotel, thinking that our experience had to be a one time thing, but seeing another review of the dirty rooms, I see it wasn't......
Our room was really filthy! Strange stains on everything from the lamp shades to the chairs, to the walls and the carpet. I can't imagine what could have been on the bed spread..... We decided not to stay, even in another room....
They need to take a hard look at their cleaning staff and the state of their rooms.

Staff was very great but when I called to tell them I threw my jacket in their pool towel hamper, they would not search and just advised they did not have it.

This is an excellent hotel. Check in was fast, and the staff was very courteous. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and the bed was awesome. Feather down comforter and plenty of pillows. We were on the top floor and the view was beautiful. We had a very restful stay, the room was nice and quiet. I would definitly stay here again.
cleaner rooms

I wish that i was packed my clorox wipes, the room was nice but desperately in need of a good cleaning. There was nasty funk splashed onto the headboard, and encasted in dust. I had to ask the cleaning lady return and even then the room did not meet my standards.
