Nice Hotel

The Doubletree in Spokane is a nice place to stay. Bed is very comfortable and lots of pillows. Our only complaint is the parking situation. Your choices are $15 to self park in a garage or $22 plus tax to valet. Spokane is a far cry from Seattle, Los Angeles or New York. I expect to pay these kinds of parking rates in bigger cities, not Spokane. We won't stay there again because of the parking rates.
Nice hotel in a lousy area

We stayed here to check out downtown Spokane. I would be very careful walking around at night because it's not a nice area at all. The room itself was large and clean and the staff was very friendly. You have to pay $12 to park in the garage, which is absurd.

View was nice. Great beds, excellent restaurant, they really do try harder at Doubletree hotels. Baths need to be updated. Quiet room and clean. Concierge level charges for cocktails, not all do that. Would not pay more for that level.

Nothing but positive comments about the Doubletree Hotel in downtown Spokane. Great location, friendly people, and a steakhouse to die for. It looks like they have made a lot of changes since I was here a year ago. I love this place!!
