After a nightmare trip I was greeted with a warm friendly smile. The girl at the front desk went out of her way to make me feel important as did all the employees. Great hot breakfast, heeted pool, our kids had a ball. Will stay here everytime I am in Tulsa.

Staff was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay special. The Full Hot breakfast was a suprise. Location in the middle of town gave great access to everywhere.
Will be coming back this summer and bringing my family.

The horrible ice storm had hit tulsa, and over 70% of people had no power or electricity. When the other hotels were price gouging, this hotel LOWERED all of their rates to accomodate people fairly. They must have changed staff since the other negative reviews I read, because these girl were the most patient accomodating desk clerks I had encountered and when I called to ask if they had mouthwash they brought it up to my room even though the lobby was packed and there was no room service. They told me they got pillowtop mattresses inthe week before, i don't know what that means but it was soft, and when I asked for a late checkout it was no problem, no rudeness, only people who listened to me. Plus its located in the middle of tulsa so you are 5 minutes away from EVERYTHING.

Our reservation called for two rooms, due to traveling with our children and neices. The hotel could not find two rooms together, we were finally to worked something out. They were so good to help us! Staff was so nice and helpful. We will stay here again.

Hotel lost our reservations. Staff was rude, complained they had to "stay late" to check us in. Rooms were ok, but a bit dirty and smelled of smoke. Air conditioner located 14" from bed. Not a good stay, and won't stay again.
