Quote: The hotel is in need of updating, it was noisy with doors slamming late in the night, you could hear people in the room next door very clearly, the hallway was dirty and the parking was located in the back of the hotel off of an alley.

Quote: this hotel charged us for smoking in a non smoking room which we did not! we REQUESTED non smoking room for a reason. the room reeked of smoke, the carpets were filthy and we never got anywhere with the front desk or managers. horrible service
