Our room was on the ground floor which made it easier for my 82 yr.old mother. Also we were always able to park near a door. Good restaurant down the hall, too. Nice beds. The floors could have been cleaner.

The hotel is in need of updating, it was noisy with doors slamming late in the night, you could hear people in the room next door very clearly, the hallway was dirty and the parking was located in the back of the hotel off of an alley.

this hotel charged us for smoking in a non smoking room which we did not! we REQUESTED non smoking room for a reason. the room reeked of smoke, the carpets were filthy and we never got anywhere with the front desk or managers. horrible service
My advise: Stay away!

Since We aren't given much typing room, all I can really say in a nutshell is my room was filthy. Carpet stained, sheets and toilet not cleaned, my fire alarm went off for no reason til they disconnected it. I stay in WI often, never again at this ...Read more
