The place is filthy. The toilet blocks and overflows so carry a plunger along. The breakfast is free but aweful, rather have a McDonald unless you want to start your day with stale donuts and bad apples.
The neighbourhood is not friendly and the hotel has hidden extra charges, apart from the one you paid on travel website.
Will never stay or recommend unless you want to ruin your LA visit.

We stayed for 5 day in march and attended Universal Studios. It's in a great location, five minutes from universal studios, walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. Great continental breakfast and the rooms had a lot of space with fridge, microwave and safe for valuables. Staff was great, not a lot of space for parking, I recommend you arrive early to find a good place to park. Have fun and stay safe in LA.
Would stay again

Price was OK, just be ready to pay for parking and service fee. Other than that, rooms were spacious, clean and staff was friendly and willing to help. Good for family stays and conveniently closed to many POIs. If not afraid to walk, there were a few inexpensive clothes stores for us girls who are always missing something nice to wear.
This is not a good place to stay

Awakened at night to move my car. There were extras not mentioned online.

Hotel was centrally located for my visit. Only drawback was the water pressure on the first morning was non-existent and the staff was totally clueless of the "why". Very difficult to fill up the jacuzzi when there is no water.
