Not great

The hotel is overall OK, but dated. We had very noisy neighbors (like 3:00AM Noisy)on two nights and it took two calls and a long time to get a reaction from security.

would definitely stay again

this hotel is awesome! very clean, the room we stayed in had ocean-view windows along the entire length of the room. walking distance to good restaurants, bars & shopping - the only hotel around that has a (kind of gross) walkway across a1a. would recommend to everyone!

I took my 2 sons age 15 and 12. They upgraded us to full ocean views and the staff was excellent. Everything was fantastic !! It is an older hotel but well maintained. The location was great. We will be back! Thanks for a great time.

Hotel was awesome! Full ocean view room was exactly that. Room service very friendly and punctual.. food was good. Cleaniless good and the housekeeping staff was excellent. Just a short ride down the elevator and across the bridge and you are on the beach. Also a great pool and outdoor lounging area. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will definately stay here again!!

Nice

This hotel was in a great location and everything about it was nice. They had easy access to the beach, and allowed us to check in before our scheduled arrival time. The only one bad thing was that they have two towers and the elevators in the south tower were slow and there were no stairs so if there were a fire you would have trouble getting out of the hotel easily.
