overall good stay

Room was clean, staff was nice, the hot breakfast was awesome, and the wireless internet worked well. the fire alarm went off the first night at 3am but did not have any problems after that. I will be staying here again for another business trip.

The room was a handicap room but did not ask for one. tub bottom was curved and had no flat surface to stand on when taking a shower. Shower head was too low (probably due to handicap room) Tub leaked. sink toilet and shower all in the same room. electrical and coffee pot on same side as sink. utility access panel was off. the plumbing to the above room was exposed in our ceiling only a gridded light panel separated from our bathroom. TV volume randomly would go all the way off then so high you could not stand it. The beds were listed as full but seemed just sightly bigger than twin. The security door in back was not locking the first night we were there. There was no "do not disturb" tag. The air conditioner worked but not correctly. When we were leaving the back door was blocked by some large hose and electric cable running from a truck outside to down the hall inside making it difficult to get through. I travel a lot and have not come a cross a Hampton Inn with so many little things wrong. That make for a big "DO NOT STAY!!" for me.
