We stayed at the hotel due to the rating. We were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. The inside of the hotel was musty smelling and there was a leak in the roof of our room due to the evening rain. The entire west wall plugs blew out due to an electrical short disabling the tv and lights. The staff was courtious and ofered us $10 off the next visit. There won't be a next visit. 2 stars at best.

we specified a non-smoking room and re-confirmed such on the day of arrival. however, upon arrival, without telling us, the desk clerk gave us a room stinking of smoke and with shower and commode for the handicapped. upon protesting we were told if we left for 45 minutes they would treat with an ionizer. when I said we would have to cancel and leave, the attendant found a cancellation and put us in a non-smoking room which was very nice and what we would have expected in the first place!

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The atrium was awesome, as well as, the 9 ft deep indoor swimming pool

This hotel was easy to get to but would only be rated as a 3 star at best.

The staff was extremely helpful in every aspect. Their attitude and friendliness was top notch. A great overall experience. A+
