worse motel ever, dirty,run down rooms will never stay again

needs to be cleaned up looked at 4 rooms to find one with working air and tv. none smoking room smelled of stale smoke

Stayed in Huntsville for the weekend working; the ice machines were broke; the room was filthy.

We paid for a Kind room/non smoking. We received a Queen room, smoking, complete with stained sheets and holey pillows, smelly bathroom, dirty towels, lights that did not work, and complimentary low lifes outside. We promptly asked for a refund and left.

The old saying "you get what you pay for" is very true. I had reserved this room for a friend that was joining us for a convention in Huntsville. All of the nicer hotels were booked. When we went to the hotel and saw its appearance, the clientele of people, and it appeared to be unsafe, we canceled the reservation and the friend stayed with us at the Courtyard Marriott.
