We had a great time at this hotel. It was very clean with plush new carpet which we loved. Breakfast was great. The only problem was that the walls were pretty thin so if someone next to you you knew it. Great place though!!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days while we checked out a potential job. The hotel was everything that you could need. It's newly remodeled and well done so the pictures on the online travel website are outdated. 2 of the 3 floors are remodeled and only the 3rd floor has microwaves and fridges so request them early if you can. It was very clean and the front desk was VERY friendly. They were happy to tell us all about Roseburg and offer maps etc. Breakfast was standard and the fresh waffles were very good. Pool was clean. GREAT location right off the freeway. Very quiet except a few guests in the hallway with loud kids in the morning while checking out. But that's to be expected. From what we could tell of the surrounding area, it was the best hotel in town for the price. We will stay here again for sure and recommend it to all of our friends.

This is a nice hotel, just recently remodeled and the beds and everything are brand new. The girls at the desk were very nice and the breakfast was super nice for a budget motel. Waffels and everything.

The location was ok, but overall it left a lot to be desired. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The chair and ottoman in the room were stained and had rips in them. There was a dirty towel left in our bathroom from a prior guest. I never saw the free continental breakfast as it was all tore down by 8:55 am (on a Holiday morning no less). I'd consider staying here a gain, but definitely will spend more time, and maybe a little more money. They do take pets which was very convenient.

The desk clerk was pleasnat enough...but don't be fooled. The bed smelled like dirty hair, the beds were lumpy and the guy in the next room watched tv until three in the morning, not sure what they have in the walls but they must be really cheap, the only good thing about this stay was the supper at applebee's. The room had been cleaned as is the case but we found pop bottles and they weren't ours The added security was a stick in the window with a red tag on it which read "in case of fire remove...duh! Do not stop here
