Don't Stay Unless You Check Room First

We decided not to stay when we saw the room after check-in. ONLY 2 small, thin, dingey bath towells. Coffee maker, but NO pot. Three pillows were propped up on each bed and were wrinkled as if someone had been laying on them. The room did not look clean. The hotel clerk was unprofessional and unpleasant. She talked non-stop to another employee during the check in process and was on person phone calls during my 3 entrances into the office. She listed my check-in/out date wrong and when I pointed it out, she said it didn't matter. The hotel sign said under new management and rooms were being renovated. Perhaps after that and with some customer service training it may improve. We went across the street to Holiday Inn Express and it was fantastic!! and well worth $20 more.

We had to kill a few roaches when we first arrived. Had ants in the bathroom , and hair from previous guests.
We stayed multiple days and the room was never swept, bed never made (I'm not going to say what I found under the bed...it was not pretty!),we had to get our replenishment of cups from the desk. There is no coffee maker in the room we had, though ammenities say ALL rooms.
The only good part to the stay was the bed was comfortable.
