Wow! I wont stay anywhere else!!!

This hotel impressed me from the start! It is easy to find, very clean and presentable outside and in! I walked up to the front desk and before I could even give my name, the front desk attendant gave me warm cookies! The check in process was simple and while walking to my room I pass the georgeous pool and spa and sunbathing area, all clean and sparkling!! When I entered my room I was in awe. There is so much space! A living room with couches windows and a big tv, and a desk and coffee table! Then I keep walking (yes it is almost 42 feet long) and I see the bathroom with a beautiful shower and a display of soaps and shampoos and such items, and white fluffy towels!! Woo hoo! I pass the bathroom and enter into another room with a door that actually closes so if you have company you can separate the two rooms, another tv in the bedroom, more windows, a huge closet, and there is a huge fluffy white king size bed with a center pillow on it saying "Sweet Dreams" with oodles of other pillows that are all fluffy and outstandingly comfortable! My stay was amazing and I wont stay anywhere else!! I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy life in luxury.

Super Hotel with Great Staff

We stayed here over Christmas vacation to visit our daughter and felt like we were staying with family. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! The desk staff were so friendly and said hello every time we passed by. The food and service was great at breakfast and dinner. The shuttle driver went out of his way to be helpful. This is a terrific hotel with a terrific staff! Oh, did I mention the beds? They were comfortable and the room was very clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Phoenix. It is conveniently located to everything whether you like highways or city streets. We will definately stay here again!

We needed a hotel near the Phoenix airport due to an overnight layover on our way to another destination. Although we were there for only a few short hours, everything was perfect. The shuttle picked us up promptly, the shuttle driver and front desk agent were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Birthday request ignored.

My wife and I needed to be in Phoenix for 3 days. Although we are by no means wealthy, we chose to treat ourselves to this fairly pricey hotel. One of the 3 days we stayed was my wife's birthday, so I faxed AND e-mailed a request to the hotel to see if they would help make her birthday special by doing something, like maybe providing us with a free desert at the hotel's restaurant. My request was ignored. I guess this hotel has so many wealthy business travelers staying there that they don't need to do anything special for someone like me.

The room was great. It was almost too much room for what we needed. It was very clean and the beds sealed the deal. Very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
