Great surprise very near the Plaza

This was a great find! The Inn is based around an old motel on Historic Route 66 and when you pull in it is like going back in time 70 years; however, this is just the look.
The parking is right at the door to your room. The rooms are great and a nice surprise to see how they have updated the inside while leaving the historic nature of the outside and courtyard.
The breakfast is provided as part of the cost of the room and is VERY NICE. We had a full breakfast bar and make-your-own breakfast burritos with your choice of Northern New Mexico items.
We walked to the Plaza and were there within 5 minutes via a casual walk (if you do not stop by all the nice shops on the way.
The Inn is is close to the Plaza as the Hilton BUT with half of the cost, free breakfast, without parking fees and with very nice office staff.
Try it out - you will also consider this a find! One note, this is a great place for a couple for a romantic get away but our kids would not think it much fun.

Passing through on business with limited time, I went with the Inn for convenience and was immediately thrilled with all aspects of the facility. The staff were all friendly, the room and common areas were comfortable. The dining area windows and side walkway provide a view of the beautiful Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
I learned much about the area from the staff and immediately decided that I will be taking my family back to enjoy the Inn and town. Everything is truly within walking distance so the car can stay parked. It is also a prime location for local day trips to see the local historic sites.
A Very Good Inn

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Old Santa Fe Inn. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The accomodation was of a very high stanndard and the breakfast was one of the best we have seen, We will stay here again.
Very Nice Hotel

We booked 2 rooms for 4 people. The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the Plaza.The beds were very comfortable! 4 pillows per bed and a really nice comforter! The rooms were clean and well furnished. The Heater/Air conditioner unit is mounted high on the wall and is adjusted with a remote. This unit was a little noisy but heated the room quickly and maintained the temperature fine. The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel has convenient off street parking. The complimentary "Breakfast Burrito Bar" was nice, also waffles, toast, cold cereal and fruit. We thought we were going to have bathrobes and fireplaces but those are only in the "junior suites" not "traditional" rooms so be sure what rooms you are booking.
Perfect Ending to Super Trip

We drove over 3000 miles, exploring the "Four Corners" and many National Parks this Spring. Our Grand Tour ended in Flagstaff, the night before our flight out from Phoenix, but the "Vacation" ended in Santa Fe, where we spent 3 nights at the Old Sante Fe Inn. We had not reserved our room ahead as our travel itinerary was relaxed, but we got a decent rate of $129/night for three nights when we stopped in about 2PM on a Sunday afternoon. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and quite luxurious for the money. The complimentary breakfast bar was a bonus, and it was great to start each morning in a lovely dining room with a good hot breakfast.
The location is tremendous, as you can leave your car parked while you walk downtown to dinner, or shop/sightsee in the daytime. The staff was friendly and helpful.
